IRSCL AWARD The IRSCL Award was established in 1994. It is presented to a book which makes a most distinguished contribution to children’s literature research, published in the two (calender) years prior to the year of the congress in which it is awarded. The recipient must be an IRSCL member in good standing, and must have been nominated by another member. Board members are not eligible for nominations. Nominations for the 2003 Award should be sent to the Board before March 1, 2003.
